Kindergarten Registration Dates

April 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 from 9-11 AM

April 25 from 4-7 PM

The following items are needed to register a student:

Current Lease or Mortgage in Guardian's Name

2 Utility Bills in Guardian's Name

Guardian's Driver's License

(if your bill or lease is not in the guardian's name please contact the school for more information)

Student's Birth Certificate

Student's Social Security Card

Student's Blue Immunization Form
