Three MMS FCCLA members competed in last week's FCCLA State Leadership STAR Events in Montgomery, AL.
All three came home with GOLD!
Connor Barnett competed in the Illustrated Talk, Jr category, receiving a GOLD medal! He was also interviewed by the local NBC Ch 8 Montgomery News!
Dori Hembree & Zemirah competed in the Food Innovations Jr. category, received GOLD, and scoring the highest in the State, received the coveted Invitation Letter to Nationals! This summer, they will be competing against students from all across the nation in Nashville, Tennessee!
